If you are willing to buy a house, you would have to receive the loan. Furthermore, my sister all the time uses a short term loan, which supposes to be really useful.

I think that to get the credit loans from banks you ought to present a firm motivation. But, once I have received a consolidation loan, because I was willing to buy a bike.

She is beautiful. I had been wondering what you two had been up to. Great site. And great baby! I want a girl.
It got cold down here in GA last night. But will warm up today and be bright and sunny. It's days like these when the ants have receded and the snakes are burrowed that I pity you Washingtonians. Then when it's blazing hot and I am peeking around every corner for snakes I want to come home. Enough about weather, bundle that baby up and enjoy her. Write me back Penny. I hope you are nursing.

Mr. Wright,

Hello. My apologies for sending to you this message in this format, as a blog-post. I was unable to find your email anywhere else. I realize that this thread was meant to be about the Veterans, and let it be noted I mean no disrespect for them, or their service to this nation.

My reason for writing to you, however, concerns am image you have on your CafePress account. In particular, your "Support Marriage Equality" image.

Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Alex Peak, President of the College Libertarians of Towson, at Towson University, Maryland. Next semester, on Valentine's Day, we're holding a Rally For Marriage Equality. I wish to get the right from you to use your image for I feel that, not only is it astetically pleasing, but is very symbolic of what we wish to achieve.

The Rally won't just be run by the College Libertarians of Towson (CLT). The Towson Campus Greens and Queer Student Union are both involved. Though, the CLT message will definitely be the Libertarian one: getting government out of marriage.

I plan, with your permission, to use the image on all our advertisements, in every flyer. If I can't get any brocures from the national party regarding marriage equality, I will make some Libertarian brocures as well, and will use the heart on that as well.

Please email me at allixpeeke@yahoo.com.

Sincerely,

Alex Peak
CLT President

I hear ya about the repeat elections thing, but I disagree with your assessment. Sure, there have been a total of five monorail votes, but each one was for a different monorail package. Actually, I think this is interesting enough that I'll post a main entry on it later today.

As for fighting I-901, I think you're onto something. The problem, however, is that the organizers of the smoking ban are really, really good at generating activism - whereas smokers and property rights advocates tend to be really, really bad at organizing anything. What that means to me is that we (meaning LP activists and organizers) need to concentrate all our energy (for the near future, anyway) on learning and perfecting the art of grass-roots organization. There's a ton of information on this, but few LP types have bothered to study the material.

Things are changing, however, and I'm hopeful that this coming year will be the start of some big changes around the LP here in Washington. That's all I'll say about that for now.

I'm not sure I agree with the rejection of the monorail project. As much as I don't like it, I find it ridiculous that the voters have passed the monorail four times prior to this election. It's as if the government is saying "No, you really didn't want to vote that way... try again." I have a feeling had the outcome been "Yes", we would have seen another vote next fall. I voted yes for the monorail on principle, though I didn't agree with it one bit.

Also, I think next year an initiative should be brough forth asking to repeal the "Clean Indoor Air Act". This time, let's get funding from the people who care the most... the tobacco companies. ;)

Now why'd you have to go a point that out :)

Hmmm. The problem seems to have fixed itself within the past 2 minutes. I looked once and the style sheet was clearly not loading. I looked again and it was fine.

Oh well. Not much I can do now but hold on for the ride. The transfer went okay and everything is resolving just fine on the other sites. Email is working too. I'll just have to wait and see.
